And it all starts with our innovative “Charrette” process, conceived by KCo Founder Judith R. King. Charrette, a French word that means cart, originated from the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. It refers to the work required by architecture students to create a design plan for a building. For us, it’s the map that describes exactly what we’re going to do for you and the benchmarks to measure our performance.

To create this blueprint, we sequester our best and most relevant team members with yours until we “get” you practically better than you “get” yourself.
